I am currently an On-Air Director for FOX 13 News (KSTU). This has given experience working with many professionals, as well as become versed in Ross Overdrive, ENPS, Final Cut Pro, and Da Vinci Resolve.
I was the director of BYU’s student newscast (KBYU Eleven News) from March 2017 to June 2018. This allowed me to become well-versed in camera switches, ENPS, iNews, Avid, Premiere, and several other news programs. The technical experience has given me a more complete understanding of how a newscast runs, and how to respond during any issues that arise. I also played a major role in implementing new design elements when we switched from AVID Deko to Chyron Hego (in Fall 2017).
